About Chris.

Chris is a seasoned professional mental health practitioner, with over 10 years experience working with Individuals, Couples and Families across diverse demographic and industrial population. He is a certified trauma therapist, trained in ADHD coaching and also a Gottman Method couple therapist. His wealth of experience in the mental health space is utilized effectively through the provision of Clinical Supervision to budding psychotherapist, as prescribed by CRPO, to ensure that the best professional ethical standards are maintained.

His work experience includes consultancy services for corporations like Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Optum USA, Lifeworks/TELUS etc. where he has provided support as EAP Consultant in fast-paced, high stress work environments. He had a rich background in the banking industry where he rose to a senior manager level before embarking on a career path in the mental health space.

Chris is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). His academic qualifications include, a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, an MBA in Finance, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Masters degree in Clinical Counselling. He is also a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT).

He has a broad range of experience working and interacting on a personal level with a diverse population that spans different ages, life stages and cultures in various capacities and contexts. This has strengthened and developed his ability to be attentive and attuned to valuable details and stories that people share.

Chris self care activities includes playing chess and listening to music. He also enjoys appreciating nature and art works. He is happily married with 3 children.
