This DBT Coaching program will help you;

  • Learn how to be present in the moment
  • Better understand your emotions
  • Cope better during a crisis
  • Increase capacity to act and communicate effectively with others
  • Learn to acknowledge thoughts, feelings and behavior without trying to control them
  • Learn how to accept situations that you cannot change
  • Learn to ask for what you need, and to say no when necessary
  • Maintain self-respect and relationships with others
  • Gain control of emotions and thought patterns, so that they do not take over your thoughts and behavior
  • Reduce avoidance behavior
  • Reduce self-sabotaging behaviors
  •  Replace unhealthy and negative behaviors.

DBT Group Training

This group training helps participants learn skills to be more effective in everyday life. The group class usually meets once per week for 60-90 minutes. It takes 24 weeks to get through the full skills curriculum. In the class, the four main DBT skills are taught.

  • Participants have an opportunity to focus on weekly lessons
  • Learn from other members
  • Have more scenarios to practice DBT skills

Duration:  12 or 24-week
