What to Expect from Therapy.

You don’t have to be ready to talk about everything at once. The first step is just showing up. I recognize that it can be challenging to express what you’re going through, and I’m glad you’ve chosen to seek professional help as your first step. I’m here to offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to begin the therapeutic journey at your own pace.

I earned both a master’s degree in Global Mental Health and Counselling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Mental Health Studies at the University of Toronto.

My clinical experience includes dealing with challenges like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, PTSD disorders, academic pressures, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, relationship issues, and interpersonal difficulties. With a bilingual background, I am passionate about understanding the distinct pressures people encounter while navigating multiple identities.
