Are you or someone you love feeling overwhelmed by difficult emotions, intrusive thoughts, or behaviours that seem impossible to control? Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma or PTSD, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, substance use, chronic pain, borderline personality disorder (BPD), grief, relationship or family conflict, parenting challenges, loneliness, self-esteem, identity concerns, or major life transitions, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Healing is possible, and with the right support, lasting change can begin.

Saumya helps children, teens, adults, and families move beyond emotional distress toward greater balance, resilience, and confidence. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, she empowers clients to better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills that support lasting emotional wellness and meaningful change.

As a Registered Social Worker, Saumya provides culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care in a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. In addition to individual therapy, she facilitates CBT and DBT skills groups focused on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, relapse prevention, coping strategies, social anxiety management, reducing isolation, and building healthy social connections—equipping clients with practical tools they can apply in everyday life.

Saumya integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, somatic interventions, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. She tailors every treatment plan to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, helping individuals and families create lasting change and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
