Life’s challenges are rarely something we choose, but we can choose how we respond to them. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn, you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re struggling with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), substance use, addictive behaviours, grief & loss, relationship or family conflict, parenting challenges, loneliness, identity concerns, autism spectrum disorder, or major life transitions, therapy can provide the support and tools you need to move forward with hope and confidence.

Roshni helps clients move from emotional distress and uncertainty toward greater resilience, self-awareness, healthier relationships, and renewed confidence. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, she empowers clients to better understand their emotions, develop practical coping skills, strengthen communication, navigate life’s transitions, and build meaningful, lasting change. She is passionate about helping individuals feel more connected—to themselves, their loved ones, and the life they want to create.

As a Registered Social Worker, Roshni has years of experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings, supporting individuals with diverse mental health, behavioural, and psychosocial needs. She provides culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care in a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. She has experience working with individuals navigating racial identity, LGBTQ+ experiences, disabilities, self-esteem concerns, hoarding behaviours, and complex family and relationship dynamics. In addition to individual therapy, Roshni facilitates DBT skills groups focused on Anger Management and Emotional Regulation, as well as Social Anxiety Management, Reducing Isolation, and Building Social Skills, equipping clients with practical skills they can apply in everyday life.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive care, Roshni tailors therapy to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
